Women start polygamy movement

After over 300 people became member of the movement in several countries, the polygamy-movement from Malaysia has now spread it's wings over Indonesia as well. Earlier this week, a meeting was held in Bandung which was the start of the movement in Indonesia. There were some 150 people from various parts in Indonesia present.

This article is very unclear. Does it mean that women are supporting the usual view of polygamy where a man has a number of wives, or are they espousing the reverse - a woman can have a number of husbands. I think if polygamy is allowed it should be a fair playing field. Reminds me of a warung in Yogya where the woman who ran it had two husbands for many years. What an amazing woman sticking it to the patriarchal society!

Obviously these women favour the second: a woman can have a number of husbands. Females realise what a burden this means so only 150 of them where there; this is only one of every milion Indonesian women.
