23 old planes on Soekarno-Hatta airport will be removed

As much as 23 old and damaged planes which are currently parked on the apron of Soekarno-Hatta international airport are to be moved from there. The planes currently can disrupt traffic of other planes. "The step of moving those planes is taken to give more space to other planes that are using the airport facilities," said director of Operations of PT. Angkasa Pura II, Tulus Pranowo.

I am amazed that those planes (more and more every month it seems) were allowed to be at that apron for such a long time. It's not a very safe feeling when you have to take off in a few minutes when you pass these wreckages first.
