North Jakarta's latest residential development is redefining the concept of urban living by bringing the sea closer to home.

REGATTA

Situated adjacent to north Jakarta’s most prestigious residential district, Regatta (Italian for ‘boat race’) looks set to change the face of urban development in the Indonesian capital. Taking the form of ten apartment towers, a five-star hotel and an Aqua Park in a complex spawning over 11 hectares of reclaimed land, the Regatta project was initiated with the premise of delivering the ultimate seaside living has to offer.

I just happen to find this info. anybody has more updated info.
Regatta’s construction comprises three phases, the first due for completion in November 2008. Such as are they still continuing with the plan. Because I understood from the web-site http://www.regattajakarta.com/about.htm that they already started with building it.

For more beautiful hotels such as a S.F. shape hotel in Malaysia penang global city centre, go to;

Thanks.

You are 100 procent correct, but investing money in the kampungs will not give them any profit.
Why invest money to stop the flooding (banjir) of kampungs with poor people, it will not return any profit. In Semarang same areas are already flooding for over 20 years. Who cares!

If the entire world stops for only 1 year investing money into defence (weapons, sending solders, etc.). There will be no more poverty left in the world. But who cares. Emoticon: I love it Emoticon: Cooool
