21 dead after Garuda plane crashes at Yogyakarta airport
At least 21 people are dead and many others injured after a plane of airliner Garuda crashed upon landing and burst into flames at the airport of Yogyakarta, central Java. "I saw many bodies, dozens of bodies badly burnt near the exit," told captain Yos Bintoro, an airport official to ElShinta radio after the accident. "I saw people dead in the cockpit. I cannot say if that's the pilot or co-pilot," he said.
