Recently I saw a documentary about the famous Chinese seafearer 'Zheng He' in that documentary they stated that he is the first Chinese 'high ranked' official in Chinese history to found oversea territories of Chinese inhabitants.
  • In this documentary they come up with decendants of Chinese in Africa, they even showed ancient Chinese graves on a graveyard at about Somalia.

  • Tseng He brought also giraffes, hippopotami for the Chinese emperor; the period we are talking is from 1360 - 1424.

They showed old Chinese maps where cities like "Aten/Aden" and 'Moga-ti-su/Mogadisiu' were drawn.

It seems that there is a 'Chinese connection' with the city of Palembang, they say that Tseng He had founded a temple there.
"Who is able to tell more .......... ???"
