Will Europe set an example for 'the multi-nationalist state, or will it stuck to 'phobia against foreigners', be it Europeans or non-Europeans ........... ???

If we overlook the development of Europe of today, more and more it becomes clear that it will be developed towards a 'European multi-nationalist' comunity, with several cultural and 'language bound' parts - from the West-Europeans, represented by 'the Romanistic' part with countries like France/Spain, 'the Germanic' part with countries like Great-Britain/Germany, as the 'Scandinavians' with countries like Sweden/Denmark/Norway.
Now multi-nationalist Europe is joined by the 'new' East-Europeans, with countries like Poland/Tjechia/Slowakia/.....; whilst Turkey is 'knocking on Europe's backdoor' too .......

All these different European nationalities are creating a dilemma: "To which direction will Europe move, moreover European demography is changing, the age of the everage European is getting elder ......"
"Will the 'European boat' be economicly be 'overloaded' or will it be on coarse for multi-nationality European style ...... ???"
"How will Europe of today solve the problem of 'national ethnic minorities' in problems like unemployment for instance ....."; but also the dynamics of a 'modern world economy' is 'bugging' Europe, 'globalising/getting global' is the 'magic word' ..... but still the ingredients are the same: import/export/transito .........

It is therefore strange that some Europeans play the political card of 'phobia against foreigners', in several European countries .........
If modern Europeans want to develop their part of the world, European politics should more developed into an 'open mind' society towards foreigners, Europeans or non-Europeans.

Other 'multi nationalist countries', like in Asia: India, INDOnesia, China will follow the European example, if it is established.

It sounds ideal to unify people in Europe without any war. Living in safety forming an alliance against the USA, China, India and South East Asia.
But the differences between the individual european states are too big. The way people look to foreigners (read: non-western immigrants) are very different. How further you go to the east how anti foreigner the people are.
The one Europe feeling in western Europe seems to be diminishing, citizens are not willing to pay to eastern Europe.
While in eastern Europe the one Europe feeling is respected bearing in my mind the big Euro signs from Brussels or easily said MONEY.

The European Union is far too inefficiŽnt with two headquarters one in Brussels and one in Strassbourgh. The hq in Strassbourgh is only used 100 days per year and for what? Because the french wanted to have a headquarters for their never ending national proud.

Asia/ Asean should not follow the European Union Example. Asia/ Asean should stick only to economic cooperation.

I'd forgot to say that 'the new East-Europeans' states that joined the EEC also inherit the 'aftermath of colonialism'; you only have to look at the situation Iraq is "in" now, it is mainly caused by the British and French as 'former colonial rulers' that had 'historicly' mapped Iraq-Syria-East Turkey, as far as their bounderies, untill today ......

Conference on racism in football.

The British embassy in Berlin is hosting a conference on racism in football, comparing the situation in Britain and Germany.

The conference comes after a racist attack on a German of African origin, it raised concerns about the safety of black fans during the World Cup.

Former Spurs Garth Crooks and the ex-Ghanain international Anthony Baffoe will attend the conference.

There will be a game between Muslim imans and Cristian ministers.

Dutch national campaign 'workplacement' for internal foreign students.

M.P of the Dutch Labour party, Leerdam, is on national tour to promote 'work placement' projects for Dutch foreign students of university and pre-university levels.
Leerdam is aiming to improve with the 'Full color project', the possiblities for Dutch foreign students, of these levels; 60 % of these students are failing finishing studies of their education, caused by the lack of 'work placement' facilities.

'"The educational system needs 'role models' of Dutch national foreigners for their own community, as a whole, as Dutch originals.
Thus it is essential to prepair each student into the 21 th century, mr. Leerdam said".
