My boyfriend and I are planning to go to Sulawesi from August 12th until the first of September. The plan is to travel from the south to the north. Knows someone places were we can stay or which places you must have seen when visiting Sulawesi. Of course fort Rotterdam, Tana Toraja, Lake Poso, Manado and Bunaken, but some other places maybe?

Hi Tessa,

I have been traveling In Sulawesi from north to south some years ago. I have been on most places you've mention, exept for Poso because it was too dangerous traveling there at the time. But I aso did visit Lore Lindu, a nice jungle south of Palu. If you are Dutch (I guess so after seeing your email) you can read my experiences in chapter three of my travel stories topic 'Klimaatschieten'
in this forum.

Good luck,
